ちゃんとたべてますよ

朝ごはんに食事療法で食べ始めた、低アレルゲン食のドクターズケアをたべるみかん。なぜかこちらを見ながら食べてます

いま数えてみたらきのうでちょうど８週間経ってました。これでおわり？
もっともかゆみは別にとれてません。やはりアレルギーを退治するのはなかなか大変そうですね
